Synopsis
In 1960s New York, a band of international misfits, provocateurs, and geniuses are trying to blow up the art world – and their ringleader, George Maciunas, won’t rest until they do. [inFLUX] is a new musical about Fluxus, the movement that turned gags, games, and everyday objects into art, and about the complicated, brilliant, exhausting man at its center. It’s a show about belonging, obsession, and what happens when the person who wants to tear everything down also desperately needs a home.
